Passport and Visa
All visitors to Japan must have a valid passport. It is the responsibility
of each participant to obtain all the necessary documents, including a
visa if necessary, for entry into Japan. Contact a travel agent or your
closest Japanese consulate for details.
Internet Access at Matsushima Ichinobo Hotel
Free wireless internet is provided at lobby floor and symposium room. There
is no internet service at hotel room.

Insurance
The organizing committee of the conference does not provide insurance and
do not take any responsibility of accidents or illness that might occur
during the conferences or in the course of travel to or from meeting place.
It is therefore the responsibility of participants to check their health
insurance requirements.
Extra Expenses
All additional expense, e.g. drinks and snacks from the in-room bar, telephone
call, tours, etc. are at participants' own expenses.
Currecy Exchange
Matsushima Ichinobo Hotel can not exchange currency
and there is no bank, which can exchange currency, close to the Hotel.
Organizers strongly recommend that currency is exchanged at Narita or Sendai
Airport upon arrival.

Matsushima Ichinobo Hotel accepts major credit cards, such as Visa, Master
Card, Diners Club, American Express (Amex), and JCB.
